- 150 grams onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup yellow corn (I used frozen corn. Thaw it to room temperature.)
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk (I used store-bought lite coconut milk)
