- 1/4 cup pickled red onions (or pickled shallots, or sub thinly sliced red onion)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (or sunflower seeds)
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon leaves (optional)
- fennel (optional)
- kohlrabi (optional)
- matchstick carrots (optional)
- grape tomatoes (optional)
- green beans (optional)
- ranch dressing (Dilly, you won’t use all see notes for vegan)
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 1/2 cup fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped- optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or white)
