Great tasting. Once I made it, it tasted very similar to a syrup that I personally make. But this, I'd use on something like a funnel cake that I am sharing, maybe not an entire pancake, french toast, or waffle meal. Just too overwhelming for an entire meal. It would pair well with something slightly tart, like cooked apples.
