It was the third time I’ve made this. I enjoy the tartness of the rhubarb, it is different from simply adding lemon juice to similar recipes and I like the simplicity of the recipe. After the first try, I started adding shrimp to the garlic before adding the pasta to the pot to give additional flavor and protein. Delightful.

I really liked this pasta. Not complicated or expensive yet tasted good. The rubarb added a nice taste to the pasta noodles but I didn't care for eating the rubarb itself because I am not used to the taste.

It was absolutely delicious. I made mine without the rhubarb and i only used 1/4 a cup of parsley and it turned out great. I feel like if I had used a full cup of parsley it wouldn’t have turned out very good, so that’s why I gave it 4 stars
