  • 13 1/4 ounces linguine (or spaghetti)
  • 6 1/2 ounces frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 6 green onions (sliced)
  • 7 ounces smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until almost tender. Add peas and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, lemon zest and green onions. Cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add hot pasta and peas along with smoked salmon, chives and lemon juice and toss to combine. Season.
