- 1/4 cup sugar (or more if you like)
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese (ITALIAN)
- 1 lemon (Store-bought, or make your own - see recipe below, Chiffon Cake, cut into circles to fit your serving glasses)
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (Limoncello)
- 2.5 oz. cake flour (2/3 cup, if you do not have cake flour use regular all purpose flour)
- 2 oz. sugar (1/4 cup)
- 0.25 oz. baking powder (1 tsp)
- 1 pinch salt (Vanilla Salt if you have some)
- 1.5 oz. vegetable (or Sunflower or Grapeseed Oil)
- 1 oz. water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla (Tahitian)
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 egg whites
- 1.5 oz. sugar (3 teaspoons)
