Tried this recipe 2x now. Each time I've had issues with the cream cheese balling up like cottage cheese. I've followed the recommendation of bringing all ingredients to room temp. 2nd time I pressed mixture thru a sieve to take out the lumps.
Flavor is delicious!!!
