I've been baking for a long time and this is, hands down, one of the worst and driest cakes I've ever made. I'm actually embarrassed to take it to work. I should have known better when it didn't have any reviews, except for the ones on her site, which were all made by her friends. Anyways, I def wouldn't recommend this recipe. You're better off searching for "lime pound cake" versus just putting "lime" in the search box. Epic. Fail.
