    it was okay. the recipe is good amd tasty but it is missing some knowledge one would need for making eggplant. it doesnt say to have salt on the eggplant slices to get the bitter water out

    This was super easy with no breading or frying and its was very tasty, definitely a keeper to add to the rotation!
