I doubled the recipe. However, I kept the amount of dijon the same. Also, I didn’t have cream cheese, so I added 1T butter before adding the corn starch mix. I used 1 cup extra sharp & 1/2 cup sharp yellow cheddar cheeses. I poured the cheese sauce over 2 - 15 oz. bags of chopped spinach. It came out fantastic!!!!
