- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. butter (chilled and cut into small pieces)
- 3/4 cup yogurt (plain whole-milk)
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (I've left this out before, it just gives it more of a buttermilk tang)
