- 2 stalks celery (diced)

- 1/8 tsp. sweet chili sauce (or a little sugar)
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (or mashed tofu with a little cider vinegar)
- 3 Tbsp. greek yogurt (can you tell I’m obsessed?)
