  • 12 flour tortillas (small, you can use corn if your fam digs those more)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies (I use Rotel, but you can use any brand you like)
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese (shredded)
  • 1 green onion (diced for garnish, optional, but it looks pretty)
