After reading the reviews I was skeptical about it staying together, but gave it a try. The recipe works perfectly AS IS as long as you do as instructed and blend in a KitchenAid with paddle attachment. I tried with my Ninja food processor with “dough” attachment and it did not work. When it in the KitchenAid the mix became a “dough” and held perfectly together. Absolutely loved it!

After reading all the reviews I did several modifications. I used 1 cup of quinoa flakes instead of oatmeal. 1.5 cups of lentils. I diced half of jalapeño to add flavor after the onion was slightly cooked. Did not need to add any crumbs to finish because the mix stayed together. They came up sweeter then I liked. Next time I won’t add carrots and try some other vegetable.

Super yummy did add egg and tomato paste; stayed together and a little more flavor. Kids ate it mom and dad loved it.

Delicious Lentil Burgers! I used 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 1/2 cups of Lentils. I did add 1/2 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika which gave it a great flavor! I added tapioca starch/flour to the outside of the patty, to hold them together and brown them. I will definitely make these again!

These turned out really good. I baked them to avoid extra calories from oil. They are really a sticky mess when making into patties but they held together well after baking. This is a make again recipe.

Absolutely delicious. I used arrowroot to dust them before cooking. That way they were a bit crispy and held better together.

I would recommend used potato flake and dehydrate egg! But I liked them much better than bean burger! I will cook them again! Greta Simmons

Very good! I seasoned it and added nutritional yeast, also with the extra mixture I put in sub form added some green peppers and made a lentil version of a steak n cheese that way is preferred for me

I added bread crumbs, after reading that it was breaking apart. Everyone love it! My daughter couldn't believe it didn't have any meat.
