- 4 Tbsp. ground flax

- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 cups lentils (Cooked, I used black lentils, but puy, or even green lentils should work)
- 1 cup walnuts (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 miso (Rounded Tbsp.)
- 2 tsp. tamari
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 cup water
