- 1 cup toasted walnuts (lightly)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. water (to thin if necessary)
- 1 cup green cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 jalapeño peppers (minced)
- 4 radishes (chopped)
- 1 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked at least 30 minutes in water)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika (more or less depending on preference)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water (plus additional to thin if necessary)
