This was my offering for a friend's 2022 Christmas dinner.Very tasty! with tweaks. I added mushrooms, white pepper, and a tablespoon of marmite to the filling along with bumping the sweet potatoes to three, an addition of dijon mustard, and a swap of a Swiss and gruyere blend for the cheddar for the mash.

I tried this with red lentils and ate it the next day. I've had better sweet potato vegetarian sheperd's pie. Would leave out the sweetcorn.
