- 1 green chili (minced I usually add 3 or 4 but it can get really hot really quickly, or use 3 mild green chilis)

- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. Berbere spice (or more)
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chopped cilantro (packed)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (or more)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (vegan)
