    Nice refreshing and lemony salad. Forgot to add the bay leaf. But definitely a salad to keep in the rotation. Will make again to see the added benefit of the bay leaf

    This salad was unreal. Had never had lentils before this and wasn't really sure how they would be lol but this salad is so good I will probably be making it again this week! So fresh and flavorful I love the thyme! Only recipe change I made was not using bell peppers since I'm not a huge fan. Also added some cilantro which was good. Delicious!!
