This tuned out quite nice! I did add about a TBSP of sugar to tone down the bitterness of the lemon juice. I would make it again.

Nice refreshing and lemony salad. Forgot to add the bay leaf. But definitely a salad to keep in the rotation. Will make again to see the added benefit of the bay leaf
