- 1 cup black lentils (or Green, or Azuki beans, I used spouted ones but it’s completely optional)
- water (for cooking)
- 200 grams button mushrooms (fresh)
- 5 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 bay leaves (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (small, Chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (Crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. red wine
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth (Don’t Panic, or boiled water with dried mushrooms and seasoning: thyme, basil, oregano, dried cayenne pepper flakes, sweet-smoked paprika etc.)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika (sweet-)
- oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (crushed dried, spicy as desired)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- pepper
- salt
