    The idea is great, but lackluster when cooked as directed and in need of more flavor. The insides end up being filling which would be delicious if it werent for the flour taste. My suggestion if you're going to make these is to go for lentil or chickpea flour, and much less of it than directed. Make sure the initial lentil mix is very thick and not thin so it will hold up while being fried without lots of flour.
