    I just got done making 4 burgers, but now I'm not hungry because I couldn't stop eating the rest of the mixture waiting for their turn in the pan! I'm looking forward to eating the cooked burgers. But I also think one could just chill the mixture and call it a salad. (I used egg substitute (ground flax seed and water) instead of egg, so didn't have to worry about eating uncooked egg). So good, thank you.
