We have made this twice. I personally think this is such a fantastic summer pasta! It has such a fresh lemon flavor with the sweetness of the tomatoes. Love it!!

A surprise treat! Nice - and strong - lemon flavor. Can see using as a side to fish or chicken
Edit: changing from 4 to 5 stars, this is even better cold the next day! In the future I will probably make it a day in advance and serve as a side dish to a large meal
