- 2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
- 2 cups grapes (halved seedless, preferably red or purple, about 10 oz, plus about ¼ cup, 2 oz for garnish)
- 3 whole ground cloves (cloves or a pinch of)
- 1 lemon zest (4 by ½" strip, white pith removed)
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. limoncello (or apple juice, or more as needed)
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest (finely, plus a little more for garnish)
