Easy and tasty! I substituted frozen a carrot and pea mix for the carrots and celery (not a fan of cooked celery) and replaced regular salt with celery salt. I wanted the flavor the celery imparts, just not chunks of cooked celery.

Love this soup! A family favourite. So healthy, tastes like liquid sunshine with the lemon flavour

Very easy and flavorful, filling but not heavy- love it! I used a bit less liquid for a thicker soup.

Great! One small modification, during last 15 min I added a 5 oz box of baby kale which I chopped. This added more color and texture interest. This will be a standard recipe at my house.
