Delicious! The lemon cuts the typically bland and chewiness of the spinach. The only modifications I made were not to include the lemon zest (laziness) or the oregano (don't have it)

i was asked to bring a salad for a new years eve party. everyone loved it! i did not make any modifications to the recipe.
