- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 7 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup wheat flour (white whole)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening (cold)
- 1/4 cup vodka (cold)
- 1/2 cup cold water (plus extra as needed)
