I had no lemongrass, so, instead of listening to the advice in the blog, I put in a bit of powdered lemon... Don't do that! My family did not enjoy it. they said it was too sour. I enjoyed it though. And I might try to find some lemongrass for next time.

My ingredients weren't top-notch (had to use frozen meat for example), and I had to improvise in a couple of places - only had dried lemongrass, used worchester sauce + some soy sauce + some spices instead of fish sauce, but it was still very *ahem* yummly...
