Description
We have a lemongrass plant at home and it's been just there. It's winter so I thought I should do something with it as it is a natural ingredient to boost our immune system,preventing cold and flu. Ohh and it keep you happy as well :)
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 2 stalks lemongrass (white part)
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey (or brown sugar to your liking)
- 1.5 liters water

Directions
- Bring water to boil in a pot.
- While the water is boiling, chop lemongrass into 6cm long and slice ginger.
- Put lemongrass and ginger in pot and let it slow boil for 45mins and in the last 10mins add honey or brown sugar
- Serve hot or cold
