  • 1/2 lemon (organic)
  • 120 grams flaked almonds
  • 150 grams prosciutto (can be replaced by grilled bacon)
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt (and pepper)
