- 1 lb. salmon

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. In 8-inch skillet, cook bread crumbs over medium heat until toasted, about 2 minutes. In small bowl, combine crumbs, Brummel & Brown® Spread, parsley, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt and pepper. On baking sheet, arrange salmon; evenly top with crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes and crumbs are golden.
