Description
Here's a new twist on the classic cannoli recipe. Lemon and White Chocolate Cannolis are a quick way to finalize an Italian inspired dinner. The recipe for the filling can easily be halved if only making 6 cannoli.

- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. grated lemon zest (finely, no white bitter pith)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 12 cannoli shells (store bought or homemade: Chocolate Peppermint Cannoli)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
