- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 lemon
- 3 fresh basil leaves
- pepper
- salt
- chicken stock (optional)
- 1 zucchini (optional)
- 1 eggplant (optional)

Directions
- Combine the honey, lemon juice and basil leaves and stir to make a marinade. Season to taste.
- Coat the chicken with the marinade and put in an air tight ziplock bag in bowl in the fridge. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour up to 6 hours.
- Cut your vegetables (if you have any) into large cubes and season them.
