Delicious. I used about 3 cups of kale. Fresh fruit would probably be a good addition.

Just the right tartness and made eating Kale more pleasantly! Added cucumbers and carrots instead of the pine nuts and beans. Yummm!! Thanks for the recipe♥️♥️

4 cups of kale isn’t much for 2 persons so i doubled the amount. Also, the amount of Lemon you can squeeze out varies widely, so it would be good if there was a more precise amount in the recipe.
I found it to be very lemony using the juice from an entire lemon, and that was even after doubling the amount of kale.
I also added some mango which gave the dish more color and flavor.

This is very good recipe. I added apple slices for added crunch. I’ve paired it with red wine (preferred white with this but I don’t have it).
Almost finished before I took a pic.

This is a great starter kale salad and delicious. I added a little more kale and one chopped pear and about an half of cup of seeded grapes that I had in the fridge and it was fantastic. Thanks!

So... I didn’t have pine nuts or olive oil. Substituted walnut oil and toasted walnuts/pistachios! Sorry! I ate most before I remembered to snap a pic. :)

It was very good! I ate several bowls of it just because it was so satisfying.
Good quality olive oil is really helpful in making this such a tasty dish.
