It was pretty easy to make. Didn’t have a grill pan but used a normal cast iron frying pan. Probably could have marinated for a few hours instead of 20 mins

My family thoroughly enjoyed these lamb chops. It's quick and easy with ingredients you have on hand. Next time, I will marinate them a little longer and maybe add a little wine.

Such a simple recipe and SO delicious! I made them on the grill, and they came out great. Be sure to turn the chops when marinating, as citric acid can “cook” the meat.

Delicious! Added a few of my own favorite herbs to the marinade. Cooked as recommended and the lamb turned out 5 🌟! Melt in your mouth good and full of flavor.

I never realized how easy lamb could be; I always thought it was a bit of a more delicate process than steak,which finer fare often is. This is simple and delicious I love learning new things
