I really liked this salad dressing recipe! The maple syrup added a nice touch of sweetness! I did not need to use all the water to thin it out ( used less than half the amount). The next time I make it I will also try using just 1 clove of garlic. As much as I love garlic, the strong flavour from 2 cloves didn’t seem to jive with the maple syrup’s sweetness.
