- 350 grams brown sugar (i didn't have more white one)
- 150 grams water
- 1/2 orange
- 8 basil leaves
- 400 grams ice
- 250 mL lemon juice

Directions
- Make a syrup with sugar, water, orange peel and 3 basil leaves finely chopped.
- Allow to cool and strain.
- Mince the ice, mix with the lemon juice.
