Treat the family to Lemon Rosemary Glazed Ham. It’s the perfect blend of citrusy McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract, balanced by the sweetness of honey and herby rosemary. It’s impressive enough for the holidays but easy enough for every day.

- 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham (about 10 pounds)
- 1 1/4 cups honey (divided)
- 2 tsp. lemon extract (pure)
- 1 1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves (crushed, divided)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place the ham on its side in roasting pan. Mix 1 cup of the honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the extract and 1 teaspoon of the rosemary in small bowl until well blended. Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
- Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 teaspoon extract and 1/4 teaspoon rosemary in small bowl. Serve with ham along with the pan drippings.
