This is tasty! I oven roasted it and let them dry out some to mitigate slime. Introduced a non-okra eater to this recipe and it got a thumbs up! 👍🏽

Awesome! Instead of roasting in oven I used a grill pan and did them on my grill! I even mixed in some yellow squash.
