I par-boiled the potatoes per the instructions but found it to be an unnecessary step. It made them to soggy and hard to broil. It was okay but I liked the seasoning so I will make this recipe again but just roast/broil them. Pai didn't say much....

So good! I will definitely make this again. It’s especially good with lemons from my tree and fresh garlic
