    Turned out fabulous! This was my first time making risotto, and I know you have to be very careful when cooking it. This recipe was super easy and delicious!

    Very good! Best risotto I've made, and we love the lemon. I used a Meyer lemon, garlic and onion, and we prefer to add our own cheese at the table Use this as your best basic risotto recipe!
