I love this cake! I make it ALL the time and it always turns out so well, I add blueberries to give it a little something extra.

Really yummy, added an extra tablespoon of lemon in the cake and icing because we love lemon flavour and it was super good, lots of compliments

Turned out really well. Works very well with 10ish sprigs of thyme. Also, more lemon in both the batter and the glaze gives it more tang.

Very moist and delicious. We would recommend adding a little more lemon in the icing, but it was amazing.
