    These pancakes were nice and fluffy and very refreshing. For the most part I followed the recipe. I didn't have Almond milk so I used soy milk. I don't have a lemon zester so I used lemon peel my spice cabinet. We topped them with a little more agave syrup and fresh raspberries. We will definitely make these again :-)
