This was sort of bland & I'd opted for other ingredients (dill paste, celery seed/flake/salt & opted for onions in place of chives) to heighten the flavors. If I was able to add "stars" for how my doctoring of this recipe turned out, it would bring it up to a heavy 4. All in all, this was not something I'll be trying again & will go on with my own "lemon pepper salmon/chicken" recipes as it seems some folks go for more frou-frou instead of flavor. Sometimes it's not about all the fancy add-ins but the decent base, which I felt this one lacks,
