Added minced garlic, lemon pepper, and LOTS of lemon juice. Super delicious! served with a little caesar dressing and your choice of croutons

So good and my husband agrees, it’s a keeper! I thought maybe it would need more seasoning but no, simpler is better and so full of flavor!

I used spinach instead of kale and it was still very good. Served with a side of steamed broccoli and rice.

quick and easy. very yummy will be my go to fall meal. oh I added peppers for splash of color

My daughter and I are big kale fans so I was looking for something new to do with the ingredients I had on hand. I used turkey sausage and served the dish over rice. It was pretty good, despite a somewhat de-constructed flavor.
