My first ever panna cotta! Very simple flavours and super easy to make. I LOVE my lemon so I added a squeeze of lemon juice to the ramekin before adding the mixture to create a nice lemony glaze on the top which I think it needed. Will definitely use again and is a good base for other panna cotta flavours.
