- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar (organic, I use this brand)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 3/4 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chia seed (white, grind to powder with mortar or back of spoon, I use this brand)
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- 1 pinch ground turmeric (optional for color)
- 1 pinch salt
