    So good! I added an egg just to make sure the dough held together. Besides that, the recipe is perfect. Just enough lemon and super melty.

    The cookies came out great they literally melt in your mouth! only thing I doubled the receipe to make more so they came out flat instead of in round balls probably needed more flour or to add some cornstarch for that stiffness. I also added 6 tbs of lemon juicebor what was left of two squezed lemons.

    Haven’t tasted them yet. But, I had to add juice from 3 lemons to get this to finally come together. It’s an easy and quick recipe, but if the proportions are wrong......wel, I’m crossing my fingers

    These are soft and delicious. You can't go wrong with butter, sugar and lemon. I did double the lemon zest and lemon juice. I also added a touch of citric acid to the powdered sugar on top for a little bit of zing. Yum!

    The cookies were delicious! I added a little more lemon juice and zest, and they turned out great. However, I didn’t know when they finished baking because they’re still a bit soft in the oven when they’ve finished. I have a friend who’s a huge fan of lemon cookies, so I’ll definitely make them again.

    It turned out pretty good. I didn't have any lemon zest, so I just used two eights cup of lemon juice. They had a pie crust- lemon flavor.

    . I must have done something wrong because mine flattened out in the baking. These are delicious. I made one batch with lemon and one with lime. I also used a glaze instead of the icing sugar dusting

    The lemon kiss is quite Continental but waffles are best with jam. Just the same soft biscuit recipe but rolled out dough cut in rounds or squares and sandwiched with favourite jam are just so Viennese! Good coffee klatch, too.
