Amazing! I made this in January for some chicken kebabs I am going to grill. The fresh flavors will be great for a summer barbecue. I think it would even go nicely over grilled salmon. I used 3 cloves of garlic and juice of a whole lemon and probably used more herbs than stated. It was delicious and comes out a vibrant green.
