Turned out really well! No sticking, everything cooked and browned well, despite being cooked at 350°F. In light of another review, I added more oregano, thyme, garlic, and salt to make them more flavourful

Turned out delicious! I followed instructions to a T but used white potatoes, olive oil, half squeezed lemon, and sea salt instead of russet potatoes, oil, a whole lemon, and kosher salt. Thanks for recipe! ☺

I made these with petite medley potatoes (mix of white and purple) and roasted them whole. They were delicious.

The lemon made it way too sour . I added butter, more salt and pepper but all I taste was the lemon. It was way over powering. I really wanted to like this dish but it was too sour for me . I also felt it needed an extra ingredient Idk. Kinda bland.

1 lemon is FAR too sour. I’d say add half at the most (even though i haven’t tried that amount) Aside from that, they were really nice, i served them with ketchup which stopped the sourness

This is my favorite side dish to make! It's so flavorful and gets this wonderful crispy crunch on the outside. I always get so many compliments when I make it. It just takes a while to make.

These taste grwat! Been making smaller amounts, and found that smaller pieces = shorter cooking time. However, when time is not wanting, I think the stated size and time will be well worth it.

Very tasty and crispy. Will try different herbs too next time but was a hit with the whole family.
